HttpWatch by Simtec Limited is quite a popular HTTP viewer, debugger and monitor that can be integrated into renowned browsers like Internet Explorer and Firefox. The downside is that there is no version of HttpWatch for Mac. Instead, you can use any of the applications listed here.
